Grime Props is a shop window, not a self-checkout. You browse here, then we handle your order one-to-one in Discord so the asset matches what you need.
The order flow

Browse and fill a basket
Add weathered props while you look around. Your basket stays in this browser until you open a ticket.

Sign in with Discord
On the ticket page, continue with Discord so we know exactly who you are - no typing usernames.

Open a private ticket
Submit your notes. Our site bot opens a private channel with you and your basket listed.

Customize, pay, get the zip
We talk through rust levels, damage, formats, and price. Then we send a payment link and deliver in the same ticket.
Safety & trust
We keep money and files off this website on purpose. Your conversation stays private, and you only pay when the order is clear.
No card details on this website
This site never asks for your card number. Payment happens through a normal payment link we send you in Discord (for example PayPal or Stripe).
Private tickets, not a public chat
Your order thread is private. Other customers cannot see your notes, files, or payment conversation.
You agree the details before you pay
Price, custom changes, and what is inside the zip are confirmed with you first. Nothing is charged automatically from browsing.
Human delivery after payment
We send the files once payment is confirmed. You can ask questions in the ticket if something needs a tweak.
FAQ
Why Discord instead of checkout on the site?+
Most of our sales need a quick conversation - rust amount, broken variants, different formats, or engine-ready exports. Discord lets us sort that out face-to-face before you pay, instead of a rigid cart that cannot customize.
Why do I sign in with Discord?+
So the ticket opens on your real Discord account. That means no mistyped usernames, and we can add you to a private channel automatically once you are in the Grime Props server.
Where is my basket stored?+
In this browser only (local storage). It will not follow you to another phone or PC. Clear it anytime from the basket page.
Is this safe?+
Yes, when you follow the normal flow. Never type card numbers, passwords, or bank login codes into Discord chat. Only use the official payment link we send. This website does not store payment details.
Do I need to join your Discord server?+
Yes. Sign-in proves who you are, but you still need to be in the Grime Props Discord so the private ticket channel can include you.
What if I am signed in but not in the server yet?+
Join with the invite link, then tell staff in the ticket if you still cannot see the channel. We can add you manually.
When do I pay?+
Only after we agree on the work and the price in your ticket. You will get a payment link there - not on this website.
When do I get the files?+
After payment is confirmed, we send the zip (or a download link) in the same Discord ticket.
Can I request a fully custom model?+
Yes. Open a ticket with an empty basket if you want, describe what you need, and we will scope it with you there.
What if I need a change after delivery?+
Say so in the ticket. Small fixes related to what we agreed are usually easy to sort. Bigger new work may be a separate order.
